Pavla Dvorská

Pavla Dvorská studied Scientific Illustration at the Secondary School of Applied Arts in Brno and Drawing and Graphic Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology. She received an honorable mention in the Graphic Design of the Year 2007 competition. In 2012, she won second place in the international Botanical Illustration competition in Prague and then first place in this competition in 2014 and 2015. She devotes herself to book illustration, free graphics, and drawing, and also collaborates on the creation of nature trails with a natural science theme and on the implementation of teaching materials on this topic. Since 2007, she has been teaching art at the Jaroslav Kvapil Elementary Art School, and since 2019, she has also been teaching illustration at the Secondary School of Applied Arts in Brno.
