Robin Král

Robin Král studied Aesthetics at Charles University’s Faculty of Arts and Text and Screenplay Writing at the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory College, where he now works as a teacher. He made his debut as a writer of poetry for children in 2011. Just five years later, his book Vynálezárium (The Inventionarium) won the Zlatá stuha (Golden Ribbon) and Magnesia Litera awards. In addition to writing poems and song lyrics for various performers and theaters, Robin Král also translates from English (Roald Dahl, Gertrude Stein, and others).
