Petra Tajovský Pospěchová (b. 1978) is a journalist who writes about food, sustainability, and mountains. As a sociologist, she is interested in oral history. She has published the books Atlas chutí Čech, Moravy a Slezska (Atlas of Flavours of Bohemia, Moravia, and Silesia) and Outdoorová kuchařka (Outdoor Cookbook) and writes the blog Pospěška u plotny (Pospěška at the Stove).
