Karolina Medková has been a bookworm ever since she learned to read, and you will most often find her with her nose buried in a book. When she was little, she would look serious while reading because she felt it was a sign of being well-read. After finishing school, she spent some time traveling the world (always with a book in her hand or backpack) and toyed with the idea of devoting herself not to books, but to the human soul. However, fate led her to the Albatros publishing house, where she rediscovered her love for children’s stories. She is currently trying to find hidden treasures of the past, search for new talent, and not get lost in the rows and columns of Excel spreadsheets.
