Zuzana Čupová

Zuzana Čupová (1995) is an animator, character designer, and illustrator. In 2020, she completed her master’s degree in animation at Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín. During her studies, she contributed short comics to various magazines and anthologies. She tried her hand at book illustration for the first time with the book Nedráždi bráchu bosou nohou (Don’t Annoy Your Brother with Your Bare Feet). After graduating, she worked mainly in the animation industry abroad. Because animation usually requires her to spend long hours at the computer, she prefers traditional media such as ink and watercolor for her illustrations.
